We are seeking to recruit a full-time Admissions Officer for Maternity Cover to join our growing team at PASCAL Private School Larnaka.

Requirements
- Create and execute the activities of the department, both internal and external, in alignment with the Admissions & Marketing strategy and plan
- Produce compelling marketing content, including social media posts, email marketing, articles, press releases, website content, guides, visuals, prospectuses and other printed and digital materials
- Generate innovative ideas, leverage various promotional tools and sources, research new promotional and marketing methods and strategies, as well as monitoring local and international competition. Executing these strategies within specified deadlines and budgets
- Perform daily marketing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning and coordination of department activities
- Establish and monitor information flow within the CRM system in coordination with other stakeholders of the organisation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to admissions
- Manage the entire admissions process from initial inquiries to enrolment
- Evaluate applicants based on academic records, test scores, extracurricular activities, and other relevant criteria, in cooperation with the Head Teacher of every school
- Work closely with school administrators and other staff to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students
- Track and present accurate admissions data and trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Represent the school at campus tours, events, fairs, open days and information sessions
- Identify areas for improvement and recommending initiatives to further develop the admissions process
Minimum qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a similar field
- Master’s degree or professional qualification in related fields, will be considered an advantage
- Proven experience as an Admissions Officer or in a similar role will be considered an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
